情境领导®同时关注绩效和员工的发展。它主张针对不同的情境,通过对员工的绩效准备度的判断来适时地调整自己的领导风格,有效地影响被领导者,从而获得更高的绩效表现,并发展员工,使团队得以持续的成长。
