Jean Yves Le Corre settled down in Shanghai in 2005 after ten years corporate experience. Previously, Jean-Yves had served in several multinational firms mainly in internal audit, finance, and organization consulting roles. His last position was an internal audit manager for Heineken Group, a world leader in the brewery industry, being locally based in Paris Jean Yves is a strong supporter of the concept of 'localisation' in management practices in Asia, whose principle is that Western practices are generally ineffective in view of the significant cultural differences, forcing executives and managers to adapt and 'rethink' their ways of working and managing with local teams.
Apart from his responsibilities leading and developing bestofmanagement.com, Jean Yves runs training and coaching programs specifically in the areas of the auditing, risk and control as well as operational and financial performance in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam. Since 2006, Jean Yves has delivered nearly 120 seminars at which have participated around +1500 executives.
