Mr. Yen has spent over 16 years working with in the US and Asia on business transformation, market expansion & business re-engineering initiatives. He has held 3 executive level and 1 Board position for global firms either entering into or expanding from China and has hands-on experience in all aspects of complex B2B sales, pre-sales, delivery, business development, China government relations program setup and team-based contract negotiation strategies in a diverse multi-cultural environment. In the last 7 years, Mr. Yen has specialized in Greater China related opportunities, both leading western companies into China and more recently helped a well known China/UK JV expand globally. Mr. Yen is currently based in Shanghai and currently provides investment research, advisory and training services to institutional investment firms and senior executives in multi-national companies expanding into or from China.
