培训受众:

This workshop is designed for those who wish to enhance their leadership skills towards having a better performance. It is applicable to everybody in the organisation. They will learn how to recognise and tailor their leadership approach accordingly. Often placed in a position of authority over their former peers, many need to know how to handle this new situation. Transformational Leadership gives the skills necessary to handle such situations with confidence.

课程收益:

This two day workshop consists of a series of learning experiences, each having a distinct objective, and each focusing on fundamental skills necessary for success as a leader.

The two major objectives of this workshop are:
- To enable you to build an increased awareness of your behaviour, needs and values, and how they impact your ability to effectively lead and influence others.
- To develop a personal plan for maximising your leadership effectiveness by moving up the 5 levels of leadership,
- Assessing your current strengths and level of leadership,
- Learning what transformational leadership behaviours would entail,
- Identifying your areas of opportunity for improvement,
- Completing the Leaders Action Plan to identify specific activities and behaviours which will result in increased leadership effectiveness.

Introduction to Transformational Leadership
- Defining Transformational Leadership.
- Leadership is influence: the leader’s ability to get other to do what you want them to do.
- Getting things done through compliance versus commitment; impact on performance, productivity and quality.
- Transformational Leadership in a fast changing environment.



The 5 Levels of Leadership
- Principles of The Five Levels of Leadership:
o Level 1 - Position: Exercising Rights
o Level 2 - Permission: Building Connection and Relationship
o Level 3 - Production: Managing for Results
o Level 4 - People Development: mentoring and coaching
o Level 5 - Personhood

- Moving from Level 1 Leadership to a higher level,
- Behaviours associated with each level,
- Assessing your Level of Leadership.



Managing Change and Defensiveness

- Action plan for improved leadership skills with a real-life personal case Game plan.



Leadership Action Plan
The Leadership Action Plan will enable the participant to generate a tailored “road map” on how to exercise the behaviours required to achieve transformational leadership that will produce better results.

This Leadership Action plan is a powerful tool for reinforcing the skills acquired during the workshop
