Management Science and Reserch.2014,3(4):112-117 Abstract:For small and medium-sized enterprise, supply chain collaborative innovation influence factors are studied and divided into four aspects. The first factor is the small and medium-sized enterprise oneself actual strength. The second factor is the degree of cooperation between enterprises. The third factor is the collaborative innovation platform perfect degree. The fourth factor is the macro environment. Four aspects further subdivided into capital, technology, strength, trust, communication, commitment, collaborative innovation platform perfect degree, and the policy environment. The explanation structure model is set up and some corresponding management advices are proposed.
