胡湘云

曾任湖南大学EMBA项目中心副主任，湖南大学工商管理学院电子商务系主任。主要从事 “信息管理和信息系统”、“物流与供应链管理”、“电子商务与网络金融”、“软件工程”、“计算机系统集成及安全技术”等领域的研究，发表科研论文26篇；作为课题负责人或主要成员主持研究开发了24个科研项目，多个项目获省科学技术进步奖。

Abstract：For small and medium-sized enterprise, supply chain collaborative innovation influence factors are studied and divided into four aspects. The first factor is the small and medium-sized enterprise oneself actual strength. The second factor is the degree of cooperation between enterprises. The third factor is the collaborative innovation platform perfect degree. The fourth factor is the macro environment. Four aspects further subdivided into capital, technology, strength, trust, communication, commitment, collaborative innovation platform perfect degree, and the policy environment. The explanation structure model is set up and some corresponding management advices are  proposed.

Abstract：The agile implementation method of the prototype iteration is an enterprise information software project management method. To draw comparisons with the traditional prototying method, The new method can be based on the actual operation of the prototype, tap new demand quickly, develop  new prototypes rapidly, until the product is delivered. The new method can improve project management, improve enterprise IT project success rate.
