Graduating form famous university and continued study in Germany and got MA of ULM. Then he worked in Mannasman and accepted strict training there. Mr. Zhang also is management BA of Dong Hua University. He has taken the office of production manager, material manager, general manager in many American-funded and German-funded companies listed in fortune 500. As a production manager, Mr. Zhang took part in the preparation to construction、set up and development of the German funded company in Shanghai, and has completed experience from the beginning to operation. As a material manager, Mr. Zhang mainly responsible for purchasing、logistics、storage、operation plan and supplier evaluation, participating in the promotion of MRPII 、DFT production management、integration of advanced foreign management pattern and China’s true situation. As a factory director, Mr. Zhang harmonizing many problems among production material、 quality control and plan departments, and responsible for daily operation of the wholly company and enhancing its production efficiency. So he accumulates abundant experience on production. On the part of quality control and production efficiency improvement, Mr. used only one year to raise accumulated on time percent passing from 50% to 80% of the whole product flow, and the production efficiency was raised nearly 50%. During the process of improvement, he applied many tools of 6 Sigma to the flow improvement.
